Selfish in a time of a need for special considerations. Perhaps ignorant of special needs.
Location
This facility was totally inconsiderate of visitors who may be travelling during a severe world health issue at their door step. My circumstances were that I was in an extremely high risk group, if infected, recovery was considered as difficult to non exsistent. To not consider the individual needs of your clients is poor business. I will not stay in this accommodation in the future and furthermore I will endeavour to relay my experience to other travellers if asked.

Highly recommend - very enjoyable stay.
The location was excellent - very close to Iriya train station and convenience stores. The room was very large by Tokyo standards - it had a kitchen / dinning area and seperate bedroom and bathroom.
It did not have a lift and our room was on the 4th floor so we had to carry our cases.

Pleasant and convenient stay
Very good location.It's just a few meters away from Iriya Station (H18) and 1 station away from Ueno Park and Kesie-Ueno Station. Close to a supermarket, two Family Marts, Welcia, and Yoshinoya.
No elevator to 4th floor, difficult if there are elderlies travelling with the family. No English instruction for using washing machine.
